This week, Katie started going to Luke's school one day a week from 9-12. She did so well! She just walked right in and started playing. I walked Luke to his classroom and then went back to Kate's class to check and she was playing in the kitchen. The director said that she went by to check on her mid-morning and that Katie "owned that room"! The teachers said that about 2 minutes before I got there she sat down at the table and said "I want my mommy" and then I walked in.
She told me that she had a great day and she enjoyed going to Spanish and the library. We are so proud of her! I will be curious to see if it goes as well next week. She is only going once a week for 9 more weeks while I am at my Bible study but she will go there Tuesday/Thursday 9-12 when Luke starts kindergarten (yikes!) in the fall.
