YEA! I was getting a little worried that our Katie Bug would not be a reader but I caught her today with a Little Critter book that has seen better days. For the longest time, Katie would not sit still for story time and seemed to have no interest in listening to anything longer than "Goodnight Moon". Unlike Luke, who, from a very early age, would sit for what seemed like hours and let me read just about anything to him. He still loves to have stories read to him and will often sit by himself and "read" his own books (he knows most of them by heart). I have had to work harder with Katie to encourage a love of reading and am so happy that she is getting into books...finally.
