Like mother, like son

Monday is laundry day at our house.  That means that laundry will get washed and folded but not necessarily put where it belongs.  Sometimes that doesn't happen until the next Monday but hey, I have two small children so cut me some slack!  Anyway, tonight Andy and I decided to double-team the piles of laundry and get it put away so we could move on with our lives.  Well, Andy asked Luke if he was coming in to help and Luke replied, "No, I'm just here to supervise" which is hilarious because Andy and I were just having that conversation with my mom on Saturday.  She pointed out that I am not a domestic and that I am more inclined to watch the housework get done than actually do it myself and Andy said he didn't read that in the fine print when he married me.  Ha ha.  Very funny!  Yes, my house could use a little help on occasion and the dust bunnies on the landing are our unofficial pets but I'd rather spend my time having fun with my kids right now than have a spotless, sterile house.  I really feel that as long as y'all aren't seeing us on "Hoarders" or some other crazy show like that, I must be doing alright!
