Closer and closer

Well, the time is drawing near.  Time to start packing is almost upon us.  However, there are a few tedious details left.

Documents, documents, and more documents.  That is what I am dealing with right now.  It is almost as if I want to borrow a huge sum of money.  Oh, wait, that's exactly what I trying to do.  They want to see this piece of information, and then they want an explanation for this other piece of information.  How much do I make?  How much did I make?  How much do I think I will make in perpetuity?  I wonder if it was this exhaustive back in 2007?  Or did they just hand out houses back then?

Tile is going up, paint is appearing on walls and baseboards, appliances have been delivered.  Dirt is being brought in and final landscaping plans are being made.  "It is all happening so fast", I say to myself one minute, then the next minute I hear Marlina and Kate saying "I can't wait to get in the new house.  This is taking forever."

Next up is the driveway.  We anticipate speaking with Unk this weekend to make some final selections, and hopefully, weather and concrete availability permitting,  we should have driveways within two weeks.  Yea!

I am going to take some photos this weekend and will try to post them on here, if I can figure out how.
