Santa 2013

During the Thanksgiving break, Luke, Katie and I participated in our annual trip to the mall to see Santa.  My mom came with us and secured our spot in line while I let Luke and Katie play in the castle for a while.  Andrew thinks I am a little bit crazy because I insist on driving all the way into Houston by our old condo to see a particular Santa but this one REALLY looks like Santa, don't you think?

This Santa is the same one we have been going to since Luke's first visit when he was 13 months old.  We didn't go for his very first Christmas because, as a new mom to a 6-week old, I was COMPLETELY disgusted by the idea of all the germs on Santa's suit and beard!  So gross!  By the time we had Katie, I was over all that so she got to see Santa for the first time at 2 months old!
