Happy New Year!

Once again, the Christmas holiday was amazing and overwhelming here in our world!  We have had a lot of fun during the break and we still have a few days left!  Luke and Katie have spent a lot of time with cousins and we even got to see some snow!  Snow?  Yes, you read that right!  The little town where we are building Hogg Heaven 2 hosted a "snow party" on Friday so we just HAD to check it out.

Here is Katie making a snow angel!

Here is Luke just being cute!

We also went down to Galveston and saw some beautiful Christmas lights and decorations and enjoyed some ice cream.

Then it was New Year's Eve and time for our annual tradition of spending the night with cousins and having our New Year's Eve parade and countdown (at 9:00!) followed by a sparkling cider toast!  This year, all 6 of the kids stayed up till 11 (craziness) and Andy actually made it to midnight this year!  And of course, the most exciting part of last night (for me) was watching my Fightin' Texas Aggies come from behind (thank you, Johnny Manziel!) to BTHOduke!!!  Whoop!!!  Happy New Year!
